It was a special Valentine’s Day for me (besides the super cute cards from my husband and girls) because I had the honour of taking photos of Diane and her husband Toby and her baby belly. They are such a sweet couple, you know the kind where you just know they will make amazing parents!

They know it’s a boy so we incorporated the polka-dotted blue balloon from Diane’s recent birthday celebration…
This photo was pretty neat because the baby was kicking while we were taking the photos, I love the expressions of concentration on their faces in this one! Too cute!
You guys are so amazing and I can’t wait to meet your babe soon! xoxo Corina
Here are a couple more pics from my session with Baby Daniel and his Family…
Proud Mommy & Daddy…

I love this one where Daniel is holding onto his Daddy…

Here is Bella showing off her favourite pal…

Bella and her new favourite pal…

Daniel has the most soulful eyes I’ve ever seen! Thank you to much to Daniel’s Family for allowing me to capture this very special time in their lives! Can’t wait to see you soon! xoxo Corina

I had the pleasure of taking some super sweet newborn photos of 14-day-old Baby Daniel this weekend…and I’m in love! This little guy has some dark lovely locks of hair going on and big beautiful eyes, he was very alert for most of the shoot (even though I adore the sleeping ones too) and always knew where “his light” was!

Adorable big sis Bella kept close watch during the session and she made sure she had her best party dress on for the occasion. These are just a couple of “teaser” photos from the day…stay tuned for more to come soon! xoxo

So much time and effort is put into the lengthy wedding planning process…”do the flowers coordinate with the napkins, will I be wearing heels or flats?”
I completely understand, as I too was a bride many years ago.
This is just a little piece of advice when discussing your photography vision with your Photographer for your wedding day. Ask them to try to capture all of the little details as well as the big ones. One regret that I had was that I never had any photos of my shoes, close up of the rings, the place settings, etc.
I guess at the time it didn’t really matter because it was the people that were important, but as my 7th wedding anniversary approaches in June, I think to myself that it would have been great to have those detail shots to show my daughters and to be able to remember them better with images.
All the best with your planning!
xoxo Corina

Want to know what makes my heart tender?
My two lovely ladies, Bianca and Adriana! They are my muses and my little assistants (they love to watch me edit photos on my computer!)….and I am so grateful to have them in my life!
Seasons Greetings to you and your Family! Have a wonderful New Year and see you in 2010!
xoxo Corina

Remember Strawberry Shortcake? Ah, yes….nothing like a Strawberry Shortcake themed Birthday party when you are 3 years old! Lucky Celeste, her Mom even drove to Buffalo and went on Ebay to score some authentic Shortcake decor to take this party to the next festive level! That’s one amazing Mom!

Check out this stunning custom cake! There is more attention to detail here than one some wedding cakes that I’ve seen…and it tasted so good!

I love how Celeste is so excited as her candles are being lit, she can’ wait to blow those candles OUT!

Finally! She got to make her wish (which was probably to blow those candles out and dive into that cake)!

Her buddy Bianca definitely approved of the good eats!

Time for opening presents…

This huge stuffed animal dog was by far her favourite gift! She now sleeps with it by her side every night and I believe she has named it “Snoopy”.

Congratulations on the “Big 3-” Celeste! You are such a beautiful Family, thanks for having me at your Party! xoxo Corina

The September weather was perfect, the sky was sunny and lots of white fluffy clouds…just right for a fall wedding! Michelle and Ryan were married at the amazingly beautiful Paletta Mansion in Burlington (it’s right on Lake Ontario, if you are planning a wedding – seriously check it out!). Here are a couple of photos from their big day!

Can you tell I love skies and clouds?? I think it’s an obsession!

Michelle’s bouquet was made stunning of black dahlias that were a deep dark red colour…I think they are my new favourite flower!

I had so much fun with you guys, thanks so much for allowing me to be a part of your special day! xoxo

Just thought I’d post this “Action” shot that my wonderful second shooter Karen took of me trying to capture the detail of the most gorgeous black dahlia bridal bouquet. She’s such a Superstar with the candids!

And here is the photo…

Keegan and Bianca had a great time testing out the leaf piles today….ah, to be a kid again!

I love Keegan’s intense blue eyes! “Blue Steel” has nothing on this guy!

Eyes full of wonder! Don’t you love his “Fonzie” leather jacket? Too cool!

Happy Halloween!
